Based in the Philadelphia-region, Rich Gunning is an experienced radio personality, traffic reporter, and station production manager. Since 1998, he has voiced hundreds of radio and television commercials.

 

Rich began his broadcasting career in the mid-1980s as a radio disc-jockey with former oldies station WBUX in Doylestown, Pennsylvania followed by a two-year stint on AFRTS while serving with the U.S. Army in Europe.  In addition to part-time on-air work at Delaware radio stations WDEL and WSTW, Rich served as Production Manager and on-air personality with suburban Philadelphia news/talker WNPV from 1994-2010. He was employed as a traffic reporter with Total Traffic & Weather Network from 2004 - 2018, heard primarily on KYW Newsradio.  Since 2016, Rich has been an air personality at Philadelphia's Classical & Jazz station WRTI.

 

Over the years, voice-over clients have included products such as Anbesol, AOL, Appleby Windows, Banfield Pet Hospitals, BMW Seattle, Dove Men+Care, Hawaii Tourism, Home Depot/West Coast, The Peabody Hotel/Memphis, Pontiac, Taylor University, and Triumph Motorcycles.  Additionally, Rich has provided imaging and production assistance to great radio stations and media outlets around the U.S.
